Statement by Lezlee Westine, President & CEO, Personal Care Products Council, on U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo’s Visit to China
WASHINGTON – “The Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) supports U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo’s approach to advance U.S. commercial interests in China and to establish a new formal dialogue with Chinese officials and the private sector from both countries. China is an important market for U.S. cosmetics and personal care products companies, and we are optimistic the initiatives announced during the Secretary’s visit will help address longstanding issues hindering trade and investment. PCPC is eager to participate in and gain valuable insights from these discussions.”
