Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Personal Care Products Council. Below are applications for PCPC’s two membership categories:

  • ACTIVE MEMBER COMPANIES: Manufacture and/or distribute finished cosmetics, personal care, fragrance or toiletry products for retail and/or salon use.
  • ASSOCIATE MEMBER COMPANIES: Supply goods and/or services to active member companies. Examples of goods and/or services are: chemical suppliers, fragrance suppliers, packaging companies, research laboratories, advertising agencies, magazines that contain cosmetics advertising, law firms, consultants, and executive search firms.

Membership dues are based on calendar year (January 1-December 31). Dues are prorated depending on the month the application is received (April through September). New members joining October through December will be given free membership for the remaining calendar year, however, applicants will be responsible for immediate full payment for the upcoming membership year. Once admission has been completed (usually within 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment), an email will be sent to the primary contact with login information along with additional membership information.
