All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus $250 cancellation fee) by Dec. 28, 2023. Cancellations received from Dec. 29, 2023 – Jan. 27, 2024, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after Jan. 27, 2024, are nonrefundable.
