Group Rate

Group rates are available for organizations registering three (3) or more attendees from the same company. All registrations must be submitted at the same time to qualify for the discounted rate. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus $250 Cancellation fee) until July 16. Cancellations received between July 17 and August 16 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after August 17 are non refundable.

Transfer of Registration Fees

Transfers of Registration(s) are permitted to another person within your organization.

Please note: PCPC members who haven’t paid their 2026 member dues or shown proof of payment will be subject to nonmember registration rates. Please email [email protected] for member dues support.
