INCI is no longer required to be translated into Spanish in Mexico! The availability of the Spanish version of the International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook ended on Dec. 18, 2012 as NOM-141 officially comes into force and the use of INCI is valid in Mexico.
