Packaging and recyclability requirements in the European Union are soon to take effect starting in August. Important deadlines are coming in 2028 for labelling and recycled content thresholds begin in 2030. Despite these deadlines, there are still areas that require further clarifications. In this regard, industry associations together with PCPC and Cosmetics Europe are jointly advocating to the European Commission to release needed compliance details.

In his current role, he supports the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks affecting the cosmetics sector, engages with European Commission expert groups, and contributes to industry alignment on technical and policy issues.
