Special “MoCRA Edition” on Day 3!

The recent enactment of the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation (MoCRA) Act of 2022 represents a watershed moment in the history of cosmetics regulation. The new law completely reforms federal regulatory oversight of cosmetics and creates a comprehensive national framework for U.S. cosmetics regulation. As the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) begins to exercise these new authorities, companies will need to understand the scope and impact of the law, its myriad of provisions and how to be prepared for compliance.
