Thomas Ferri holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Connecticut State University. He began his career in laboratory science, gaining hands-on experience in molecular biology before transitioning into the personal care and household industry.

Thomas joined THOR Specialties as a microbiologist, where he spent seven years developing deep expertise in microbial control, preservation strategies, and efficacy testing. Building on this foundation, he has spent the past two and a half years as a Technical Service Specialist, supporting customers across personal care, household, and disinfection applications. In this role, he partners closely with clients to address formulation challenges, optimize product performance, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Thomas is also an active member of the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC), where he has contributed for the past four years, staying engaged with industry developments and best practices.
