Susan is a chemical engineer with nearly 40 years in operations and technical support roles in the Personal Care and Dietary Supplement Industries.   She has extensive experience in operations management, process development, and cleaning validation.   Susan is a specialist in partnering with customers to develop cleaning validation programs targeted for their equipment, product mix, and corporate standards.

Susan’s current role is with Ecolab as a NA Manager of Global Technical Consultants, supporting manufacturers in the Personal Care, Dietary Supplement, OTC, Cannabis, and Household Cleaner industries.   Susan has been with Ecolab for 5 years, during which she has hones expertise in CIP and COP processes, site assessments, GMP insights, cleaning validation, and CIP process optimization. This experience equips Susan to uniquely understand cleaning challenges and apply technology and chemistry solutions towards operational goals.
