Since 2021, Scott F. Sadoff has served as CEO of Personal Care Regulatory & Safety Services, LLC (PCR&S²), a consulting firm that helps small to mid-sized companies develop safe and compliant cosmetics and topically applied OTC Monograph products. An active member of the SRTC, Scott is a fixture on the Science Symposium Planning Committee and currently is a key contributor to the MoCRA Safety Substantiation Working Group. From 1984 to 2020, Scott worked for PCPC member companies (P&G Cosmetics & Fragrance Products, Crabtree & Evelyn, Bath & Body Works, and Abercrombie & Fitch) in such diverse capacities as Analytical Research Chemist, Product Safety Manager, and Director of Global Regulatory Affairs / Corporate Scientist. A member of the Society of Toxicology (SOT) along with the Dermal Toxicology Specialty Section (DTSS), Scott is also twice certificated as a Safety Assessor for the EU. He holds an MS and BS in Chemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore Country (UMBC) and Washington College, respectively.
