Rich joined Micro Powders in 2011 as Technical Director and is currently Vice President. He has over 35 years of experience in the paints, coatings, and personal care industries and has led formulation and polymer development teams at companies including Sun Chemical, ICI, and Zeneca. He holds a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers University and an MS in Polymer Science from NJIT and is an inventor on over 10 US patents.
