Paul Bryson is a Principal Scientist in the OPI Research and Development Lab at the Wella Calabasas facility. A lifelong Californian with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from USC, he worked in defense, pharmaceuticals, and electronic manufacturing before joining OPI in 1997. Paul has extensive experience in product development and testing within the beauty and nail industry and supports safety assessments by providing technical insights that help ensure formulas meet quality and compliance expectations.  He has also served on the Health and Safety committee of the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
