Olivia has more than 15 years of experience leading policy, public affairs and communications initiatives for multi-national companies and clients spanning the food & beverage, retail, energy, environmental, technology, and non-profit sectors. She is an expert in circular economy policy and helped establish Circular Action Alliance (CAA), the United States’ first producer responsibility organization to implement extended producer responsibility laws for paper and packaging. Olivia served as a senior advisor and the communications and producer engagement lead for CAA from 2022-2024, establishing the organization’s brand and external presence, recruiting producers, and building relationships with interest holders nationally and across the EPR states.

Prior to joining Clear Strategy, Olivia led Amazon’s U.S. policy work on circular economy, packaging, and recycling issues. She previously worked for The Coca-Cola Company for 8 years, where she held government relations, internal and external communications roles in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Tokyo, and Boston. Olivia has also worked for Hill & Knowlton and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
