Kristina Parkanzky is the Chief Compliance Officer for Quality Assurance at Amway, responsible for managing and implementing global cGMP requirements and serving as the lead contact for international regulatory agencies, including the FDA, TGA, and MFDS of Korea.

Kristina serves on the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) Quality Committee, where she actively contributes to industry sub-teams, including the consumer complaint guidance sub-team.

Throughout her career at Amway, she has held numerous leadership positions within the quality department and is an enterprise-recognized authority in her field. She has a proven track record of regulatory readiness and serves as the company’s Global Product Recall and Safety Committee Coordinator.

Kristina holds a BS in Chemistry and acts as a trusted enterprise mentor, coaching cross-functional teams on emerging regulatory frameworks, including the integration of AI oversight in GMP documentation.
