Kendal Asuncion serves as Director of Policy Analysis for Circular Action Alliance (CAA), where she leads policy strategy and engagement with policymakers and industry partners focused on the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs across the United States.

Prior to joining CAA, Kendal held roles in economic development consulting and government affairs. Since entering the public policy field in 2017, she has worked across a range of issue areas, including clean energy, transportation, goods movement and water policy. Drawing on experience across the public, private and nonprofit sectors, she helps translate complex policy challenges into practical solutions that support effective program implementation and collaboration among diverse interested parties.
