Frank Klucznik is Managing Director of Bridgewell Advisory LLC, an independent AI research lab focused on the governance disciplines that make AI use defensible in regulated environments. His current work centers on continued development of a substrate-neutral approach to governed AI use deployed across regulatory, defense, intelligence, and commercial contexts. Frank originated the Truth Spiral introduced to this group in 2025 and now extends that discipline into the question facing every Quality Unit: how to inspect, verify, and release AI-generated content under existing CGMP obligations. He concurrently serves as a senior data and AI strategist at RavenTek, where he leads governed AI work for federal customers. His background includes a career as a U.S. Coast Guard officer, followed by a second career at Georgia Tech as a research scientist supporting the Joint Staff (J6), the FBI’s National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force, and within NATO Allied Command Transformation, as well as Navy program executive offices. He holds multiple MS degrees including Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
