Overview

Following the launch of FDA’s Cosmetics Direct, companies are now able to submit their facility registrations and product listings as required by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) of 2022. All initial registrations and listings must be submitted by July 1, 2024, per FDA’s compliance policy. This webinar will cover: MoCRA’s requirements for registration and listing; exemptions and flexibilities in the law; coordination between brand owners, contract manufacturers, and other business partners; practical advice on how to navigate the Cosmetics Direct registration & listing portal; answers to commonly posed questions.
