Jess Ritsick is a Counsel in Alston & Bird’s Washington, D.C. office. Jess uses the insight gained from over a decade working at FDA in CDER, CDRH, and HFP, and her collaborations across the Agency and federal government, to help her clients navigate a wide variety of regulatory and compliance issues in the evolving FDA regulatory landscape. Jess regularly advises clients on FDA policies and guidance regarding medical device shortages, medical device cybersecurity, the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), and compliance and enforcement issues related to current good manufacturing practices (CGMP).
