Stacey Holvenstot is the Executive Vice President of Membership, Marketing, and Events at the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC), where she leads the strategy to enhance membership growth, engagement, and event experiences.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in the association space, Holvenstot has developed and executed transformative strategies that drive membership expansion, elevate engagement, and position organizations for long-term success.
Before joining PCPC, Holvenstot served as Chief of Impact and Engagement at Child Care Aware® of America (CCAoA), overseeing membership, communications, events, and branding. Under her leadership, CCAoA received multiple awards for innovative marketing campaigns, including the 2021 Campaign Media Award for outstanding work during the COVID-19 crisis—a pivotal time for the childcare industry.
Previously, Holvenstot was Vice President of Marketing at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest HR professional society. During her tenure, she spearheaded efforts that grew SHRM’s membership by over 100,000 members, maintained high retention rates, increased annual conference attendance to 20,000+ participants, and led the launch of SHRM’s certification programs.
Holvenstot holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida and has completed executive education programs at SHRM, the University of North Carolina, the Center for Creative Leadership, Gallup, and the Disney Institute. She is also an active member of ASAE.
