Tanya Cruz, a seasoned beauty professional with 26 years of experience, currently serves as the National Education manager at Clarins USA, Inc. Cruz empowers women through education, drawing from her wide range of beauty industry roles that have included serving as a trainer for YSL and assistant manager at the New Beauty Center for Cosmetic Surgery. Her diverse background also includes positions with Estée Lauder, Laura Mercier and Bourjois.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Cruz is not only a world traveler (she has visited 62 countries!), talented vocalist and public speaker but has also been a passionate volunteer for Look Good Feel Better for more than three years. She contributes her time and talent helping women as a LGFB virtual workshop facilitator delivering skincare and makeup workshops in both languages. A resident of Miami, Cruz has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Barry University in Miami, Fla.
