Pamela is Principal of Gill Alabaster Group and Senior Counsel at Carol Cone ON PURPOSE, where she advises companies on sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation.

A former Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Corporate Affairs & Communications executive, Pam has more than 35 years of leadership experience across the global beauty and personal care industry. Most recently, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Kenvue, where she built the company’s sustainability strategy and enterprise-wide ESG program. Previously, she led sustainability and social impact at Mattel and held senior leadership positions spanning brand marketing, corporate affairs, communications, and sustainability at L’Oréal USA, The Estée Lauder Companies, Revlon, and Centric Brands. Throughout her career, she has built iconic brands while integrating sustainability into innovation, operations, and corporate strategy.

Pam serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards and is an Adjunct Professor in Columbia University’s Master of Science in Sustainability Management program, where she teaches ESG Corporate Strategy.
