Cara Eaton is head of Sustainability – Consumer Care for Croda where she is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic sector and corporate sustainability objectives for their Consumer Care business. Eaton has built extensive knowledge of the global beauty and personal care market in her more than 20 years at Croda, holding a variety of marketing, communications and leadership roles. She has completed her certification in Business Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, Institute of Sustainability Leadership and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Women’s Studies from Bowdoin College. She is a member of the Sustainability Committee for PCPC, as well as the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and Cosmetic Executive Women.
