Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus $250 Cancellation fee) until August 28. Cancellations received between August 29 and September 28 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after September 28 are non refundable.
Transfer of Registration Fees
Transfers of Registration(s) are permitted to another person within your organization.
Please note: PCPC members who haven’t paid their 2025 member dues or shown proof of payment will be subject to nonmember registration rates. Please email [email protected] for member dues support.
