A major federal priority that the Council and our members have championed in recent years focuses on Congressional funding for the Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Colors and Cosmetics. A top priority for the Council has been to insure that Congress provides adequate and sufficient funding for FDA’s Cosmetics Office.

Major efforts include providing opportunities for elected officials to learn more about the thousands of skilled professionals that make up this industry. Regular meetings are held in Washington along with key state capitals.
