REACH Around the World

This webinar will provide an overview of chemical regulations taking place around the world. These REACH-like regulations place greater responsibility on industry to manage the risks from chemicals and to provide safety information on the substances.

Expert speaker, Herbert Estreicher, is a Senior Partner at Keller and Heckman LLP. Dr. Estreicher has been assisting clients on REACH Registration for a number of years, and is now focusing his attention on Dossier and Substance Evaluation, Obligations concerning SVHCs, Authorisation, Restriction, and REACH Enforcement.  He is also very active in monitoring legislation being developed in countries around the world.
