Ordering and Payment Information:
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing in addition to shipping time.

  • All orders must be prepaid by check (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank) or credit card. No wire transfers or purchase orders accepted.
  • Credit card orders will not be charged until the item(s) is shipped.
  • No refunds.
  • No returns unless damaged in shipment. Damage must be claimed at time of delivery.
  • Libraries and Booksellers are eligible for a 10% discount on the nonmember price of Council publications.
  • All shipments within the United States are sent by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground.
  • Duty and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • No refunds or returns

There are several ways to order:
Online
You may order resources from the Personal Care Products Council Bookstore online with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express using the Council’s secure ordering system. Checks are not accepted for online orders.

By Phone
If you prefer to place an order by phone, you may call the Council’s Distribution Center at 301/953-2614. The Council accepts MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Checks are not accepted for phone purchases.

By Mail
We accept credit card and checks through the mail. Send your order to: Personal Care Products Council Publications Orders, 1101 17th Street, NW, Suite 300, Washington, D.C. 20036 USA.

By Fax
We accept credit cards via fax. Please fax your order to 301/206-9789.
