Cabana and Bungalow Rules

Signage and Décor
Cabana and Bungalow owners may bring one 24"x36" poster/cover blow up to be placed on an easel at the entrance of the cabana. This poster must not infringe on neighboring cabanas or bungalows. Nothing may be hung or attached to any walls in or outside of the cabanas or bungalows. No furniture may be moved or removed from the cabanas or bungalows. No additional furniture may be brought into the cabanas or bungalows. Cabana and bungalow owners may bring in small items to decorate the interior of the space such as pillows. The Breakers Hotel will provide Cabana and bungalow owners with an order form for food, beverages and flowers. No outside food and beverage may be brought into the cabanas or bungalows.

Hours of Access
Cabanas and Bungalows will be closed during the general session hours and no meeting will be allowed to take place. Should a cabana or bungalow owner hold a meeting during the general session hours, they will no longer be eligible to retain private space at future Council Meetings.
